[Bmi] BMI Course scholarships support from IEEE Computational Intelligence Society

Dear all,

We would like to thank the Education Committee of the IEEE Computational 
Intelligence Society  (CIS) for its approval of the proposal of the BMI 
Summer School to be held at Michigan State University on  June 25- 
August 3, 2012.  It has kindly approved its funds to support students 
who enroll in 2012 BMI summer courses.

We would also like to thank International Neural Network Society (INNS) 
for its approval of "Technical Cooperation" with BMI and ICBM.
