Several students have notified us of  a problem with the survey at the
link in the mail message that you received.  We apologize!  Please hold
off on responding until you receive a second invitation.  This message
will come from peakresearch at usa.net <mailto:peakresearch at usa.net>.  We 
are attempting to notify the organization that created and is 
administering the survey.
