Getting involved with an Open Source project is an excellent way to gain
real-world software development experience. Through the Google Summer of
Code program, you have the opportunity to partner with an experienced
mentor, deeply immerse yourself in a 3-month coding project, work
collaboratively with a globally distributed team and get an awesome

*Native Client Security Contest*
*Registration is now open for the _Native Client Security Contest

is a 10 week long competition, sponsored by Google. Contestants are
challenged to discover and report security vulnerabilities on _Native
Client

open source technology, aiming to allow the safe execution of native x86
code in the browser.
All contest entries, will be reviewed by a panel of experts, chaired by
Edward Felten of Princenton University. The panel will select the five
eligible participants with the most high-impact bugs, and these winners
will not only earn bragging rights but will also receive _cash prizes
