This week's meeting: 3105 EB Thursday 11/6 6pm

Topic: Our fellow CSE student Zach Riggle talks about his summer 
research project. It involves network intrusion detection with packet 
analysis to determine connection statistics and make informed judgments. 
This talk is aimed at the novice security minded student looking to get 
knowledge on the types of projects fellow students are working on. 
Students and faculty welcome!

Note: before I mentioned this was a Google Summer of Code project, but 
actually Zach's other summer research project was GSOC, not this one. 
Due to the informal nature of this talk, I'm sure he will take questions 
about his Google project as well if asked.

Also note please that the Video Game Tourney is coming up very soon 
(11/15). Get friends to come! The more contestants we have, the more the 
jackpot will be. Plus we have Replay sponsoring now for extra prizes and 
we are going to have a surprise raffle as well (most likely a SNES 
system with a game!). Keep an eye on the Facebook event for more details.
