Announcing the first ever CSE T-Shirt Contest! Deadline is September 30th!!!
Tired of only finding MSU shirts that say 'College of Engineering'? Want to
create something unique and exciting to show your spirit for the MSU CSE
Department? Then this contest is for you!
The goal of this contest is to design a CSE T-shirt that will later be
available for sale by MSUWIC. The winning designer will receive a free
t-shirt.
Your design can be artsy, humorous, or just nice and simple -- its up to
you!
Voting will be done online, and will open October 1st. Stay tuned for
details on the voting.
Details:
- Be sure to include the words "MSU Computer Science and
Engineering"somewhere in your design
- Create your designs using any reasonable computer-based tool or media (e.g.
Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Paint, the Gimp, etc.)
- Submissions must be in one of the following formats: PNG, GIF, JPG, BMP,
INDD, PSD, SVG, AI
- Make sure the design is at least 300dpi (so that it can be printed with
high quality)
- No greater than 16" x 20" design dimensions
- Use a maximum of 4 colors, to ensure a low cost t-shirt.
- You may enter as many times as you'd like
- All designs will become the property of the Contest owners (entry into the
Contest constitutes consent to this rule)

Tips:
- Keep it simple
- Gradients and halftones are strongly discouraged
- If you have specific Pantone colors in mind, include a note in your
print-ready file
- Don't use any copyrighted material in your design
- The color of the t-shirt is not fixed, so if you have a preference, please
include that information.
