[Bmi] BMI 2016: each full-time student only needs to pay US$260

Dear colleagues:

I would like to clarify the cost:   Travel is not required.
Full time student: only US$270 each for the entire program, including
three BMI courses, AMIL Workshop, an AIML Contest entry, and ICBM conference,
all remote.

We still accept some late applications.
The deadline for advance registration is the following Monday.
