[Bmi] Three BMI courses are now in serial

Dear Colleagues,

As some expressed interest in taking all three BMI courses offered this 
summer,
we have rearranged the time schedule so that the three BMI courses do 
not overlap
in time.  Both on-site and off-site distance learning are allowed. 
Developing countries
like China get 50% discount.
